What is WHS Training?
WHS Training (Workplace Health and Safety) is occupational health and safety training that provides employees with an awareness of their rights, responsibilities, obligations and employer duties.
It encourages all workers to play an active role in the prevention of work-related injury, illness and death.
The WHS training covers topics such as hazard identification, risk assessment, safe work procedures, safe behaviour and much more.
We have designed a training package to be completed online.
Who Should Enroll in WHS Training?
All employees, contractors and volunteers engaged in an Australian workplace are responsible for providing a safe work environment.
This safety training can be a part of induction training for new starters or can also be used as refresher training for existing employees on an ongoing basis.

Duration
The entire training can be completed online within 15-20 minutes but you’re free to take it at your convenience.
Learning Outcomes
On completion of the WHS training, workers will achieve the following outcomes:
- Understand Work Health and Safety (WHS)
- Understand your role in ensuring a healthy and safe workplace
- Understand how to deal with WHS risks, incidents and hazards at your workplace
- Be aware of workplace incidents
- Understand the steps your employer will take to have a safe working environment
- On successful completion of the training, a certificate is awarded for every course.
- These certificates may be saved in the employee’s file as proof of training.
