Working Hours & Project Duration

Site construction working hours for the project are as follows in accordance with state legislative requirements:

Monday to Saturday: 6.30am to 6.30pm

Noisy work will not be carried out on Sunday’s or public holidays unless the correct permit is in place for out of hours works. Some works may require commencement or completion out of these hours and may include concrete pours, crane setup and dismantling and delivery of materials to site. IDC Developments will advise and notify nearby Residents as required.

The project is due for commencement on site approx. 24th July 2023 and expected to be completed by 31st of August 2024 (weather pending).

Site Safety

Site Inductions
All contractors and their employees must complete the site induction for IDC Developments prior to commencement of works on site.

This induction will be available from Kailen Berthelsen, follow the instruction sheet given to you.

Site Inductions will take approximately 20 minutes to complete, all workers will need to provide the following:

  • Evidence of completing – signing the induction register
  • OHS General Induction Training Card number –

Sub – Contractors

Must supply their company’s work method statement that is to be signed off by all their employees working onsite prior to commencement of work.

This Safe Work Method Statement will be email to the Safety Consultant for the site, for review before commencement of work.

A copy of the sub contractors Hazard Chemical Register will also be required.
